I had my pool built 6 years ago by Cookie Cutter. It is a larger and deeper pool with a Pebble Tech finish. The pool was completed on time and within the budget. The pool still looks brand new. I had a question recently about a small amount of moisture on the outside wall of our attached, above ground spa. I called Cookie Cutter and they sent out their technician who inspected the spa, resolved the issue and did not charge for the service call. I would highly recommend Cookie Cutter Pools.

We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of all the men who were involved in our custom pool and 36″ high spa with water features, foot jets and pebble bottom. From our first contact with Dean the designer the project went near flawless. Our project was even supervised by the owner Richard himself. Everyone on all the crews were professional, polite, and concerned about meeting our expectations and was more than happy to work with our last minute changes. Richard was always available by phone or text message and always made sure we were happy 100%. Since I am a retired concrete contractor with over 20-years concrete contracting myself I was very attentive to my project and I can honestly say each and every one of these subs are experts!

Dean worked with us to offer suggestions and insight in choosing our tile, layout, decking, coping, and plaster. His ideas were greatly appreciated. He even provided us with 3D drawings so we could see exactly the height of the pool spa. Since this is a custom pool and spa that dumps 36″ above the pool into it, was important to get nice drawings. Richard made sure I had the best crews specifically because I am a retired concrete contractor he knew I was looking for nothing except the best and He delivered!

I had two estimates on installing a pool at my house.  When I called Cookie Cutters Pools Richard responded on a Sunday and promised to be there the following Saturday.  Which he was.  He gave me some options on the pool and some very good input.  Did the pool in a timely fashion, worked with the County for a permit. The pool is five years old and looks as good as it does the day he did it.  Extremely Happy!  Recommend him every time.
