ADDITIONAL INFO

Our process

Request a free estimate on this website by answering some simple questions on our form. Then we will e-mail you a detailed estimate usually within a few days.

We never give out pricing on the phone. We only e-mail our estimates so you can see exactly what is included (and not included) in your estimate. If you don’t know exactly what’s included in your estimate, then a price over the phone is meaningless.

We find that giving you a ballpark estimate for your project before an initial meeting is helpful for both of us. The costs that typically change from the original estimate are normally due to narrow access, lot restrictions, lot slope or a change in the project scope.

Once you have reviewed the estimate, please reach out to request a site visit.

At the site visit, we will discuss your project and options, take measurements and answer any questions. Then we will e-mail you a comprehensive and formal quote with renderings for your project typically within a week of your site visit.

If you want to proceed, then we will schedule a meeting at your house to sign a contract!

A deposit will typically be due for $1,000 and there is a 5-day recission period. We will bring tile and pool finish color options for you to this appointment.

After the contract is signed, we will do plans and engineering (usually 1- 15 days) and then we turn in for permits (time varies on building department).

In general, it’s typically about 1 to 2 months until we start construction.

Once the permit is approved, we typically dig within 2 weeks.

Construction typically takes 3 months from excavation to water in the pool depending on the complexity of the pool and weather.

There is a week or two after water is added to the pool before you can swim.

Also, after the pool is filled with water, there is still some more work to be done.  We will then turn on the equipment and begin the chemical start-up.  After that is completed, then we will also still need to pass the final inspection and complete misc. items such as cleaning-up, adding salt (if applicable), adding the pool cleaner/vacuum and pool school.

Enjoy your new pool!
