1. Pool Purchase
- Sign contract
- Rescission period (3 day)
- Up front deposit
2. We draw plans, get engineering and turn in for permits (usually takes 1-15 days).
3. We pull permits (time varies depending on building department).
4. We start construction (dig starts usually within 15 days of obtaining permits, pool completion within 60-90 working days of dig).
